When you interact with our AI tools, the content of those conversations is processed by our AI service providers (including MeclabsAI and underlying large language model providers). We encourage you to avoid entering sensitive personal information into AI chat fields. Conversation data may be reviewed — with identifying details removed where practical — to improve service quality, accuracy, and safety.
05 Cookies and Tracking Technologies
Our website uses minimal tracking:
- Strictly Necessary: Required for the site to function. Cannot be disabled.
- Functional: Enable chat functionality (MeclabsAI widget — uses browser session storage, not traditional cookies).
We do not currently use advertising or analytics cookies. We honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signal as a valid opt-out request under California law.

11 Children's Privacy
Our services are not directed to children under the age of 13 (or under 16 in the EU/UK). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately and we will delete it.

We use industry-standard security measures to protect your information, including TLS encryption in transit and Cloudflare's edge security. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
