03 User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, or deceptive purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its servers
- Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the Service without our written permission
- Submit content that infringes intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of others
- Submit confidential information of third parties into AI chat fields without authorization
- Use the Service to generate content that is illegal, defamatory, harassing, or hateful
04 AI-Generated Content
Our AI tools may generate responses based on the input you provide. AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate. You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before relying on it or sharing it. We make no warranty as to the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI output.
05 Intellectual Property
All content on the Service not submitted by users — including text, graphics, logos, and software — is owned by Mission Dynamics, LLC or our licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
By submitting content to the Service (including prompts to AI), you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, and process that content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
07 Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.
The Service is not a substitute for professional advice (legal, medical, financial, pastoral, or otherwise). Do not rely on AI-generated content for decisions with serious consequences without consulting a qualified human professional.
08 Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MISSION DYNAMICS, LLC AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATED TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED $100 USD.
09 Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Mission Dynamics, LLC harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
10 Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.
11 Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in California. You agree to waive any right to a trial by jury or class action.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date above. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. For material changes, we will provide additional notice.
